Coffee, Cake and Chat - Parent Support Group

Dil is a level 3 qualified counsellor and is now a trainee counsellor on year 2, level 4 who works at Gravesham’s Healthy Living Centre supporting people across the borough.

Genny is a member of Gingerbread, the national charity which supports single parent families and is one of their local group co-ordinator. She has a wealth of advice based on her experiences from courses she has attended and of being a mother and mentor to a number of children and young people.

There’s no manual for parenting!

But help is on-hand at our new monthly meet-ups.

Come and have a cuppa and a slice of cake, chat to other parents and our two session leaders. Whether you’re having a bad day and need to off-load or have ongoing challenges, this is a safe space to talk.
