Free weekly Pilates classes for people over 50 years old.
No experience needed. All abilities welcome to join in our new classes.
These slow movements helps you improve your core strength which can reduce back pain and make everyday movements easier. Pilates can also helps ease joint pain too.
Our classes are led by a qualified instructor to guide you through the movements in each class.

Love a kick-about but not got the energy to run across a pitch?
Join our new walking football sessions, all the fun of the game at a slower pace so more people can enjoy.
Get moving and have some fun - this is a great intro if you’re thinking of getting into exercise again, recovering from injury or illness and looking to get outside and make some friends.

Starting this winter
Free Movement to Music for people over 50 years old.
This is a gentle class, to enjoy music and move at a slower pace while having fun at the same time.
No dance skills are needed, just your enthusiasm!
This is a great way to get moving again, if you’re new to movement or gentle exercise, recovering from injury or exercise.
