Additional Needs Exercise with Carl

At The Grand Healthy Living Centre, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of movement.

Our Additional Needs Exercise Class is a welcoming, low-pressure session specifically designed to be accessible, supportive, and—most importantly—fun!

Is This Class Right for Me?

This session is open to everyone, but it is specifically tailored for:

  • Individuals with Additional Needs: Including learning disabilities or physical impairments.

  • Mental Health Support: A gentle, friendly environment for those managing anxiety or other mental health challenges.

  • Shorter Duration: At just 30 minutes, this class is perfect if you find longer sessions overwhelming or physically demanding.

  • A Supportive Pace: Carl ensures the movements are easy to follow and adapted to every person in the room.

What to Expect

Located in the spacious Main Hall at The Grand, you’ll find a warm atmosphere where you can move at your own pace.

There is no pressure to get the moves "right"—it’s all about staying active and feeling good in a community setting.
