Gentle Exercise Classes
Looking for a gentle way to stay moving and meet new friends?
Our popular Ready Steady Go and Seniors Get Active sessions are specifically designed for older adults and those who may be physically less able.
Led by our qualified instructor, Sarah, these classes are all about feeling good in a safe, fun, and non-judgmental environment.
Whether you want to improve your mobility or just want a reason to get out and have a laugh, you’ll find a warm welcome here.
What Makes Our Classes Special?
Tailored to You: We offer two different levels of ability, so you can exercise at a pace that feels right for your body.
No Experience Needed: You don’t need to have exercised before to join in—we start exactly where you are!
Social & Friendly: Our groups are a great way to meet local people, enjoy a chat, and become part of a supportive community.
Expert Guidance: Sarah ensures every movement is safe, effective, and—most importantly—fun.
Class Information
When: Weekly sessions (Wednesdays and Thursdays)
Cost: £4 per session (Payable directly to Sarah on the day)
Ready, Steady, Go!
Our beginner’s gentle exercise class.
The majority of the class is chair-based. The session aims to help improve balance, stability, flexibility and breathing.
Every Wednesday from 12pm-1pm
Venue: The Grand Healthy Living Centre, Wilfred Street, Gravesend, DA12 2HA
£4 per person per week.
Seniors Get Active!
Our intermediate level class, including a circuit of fun activities to take part in.
Every Thursday
10:30am to 11:30am.
