These exciting NEW evening sessions give you the chance to try all kinds of different exercises, as every session will incorporate different elements including pilates, boxercise, body weight classes, HIIT sessions and more.

Each session you’ll try something different – with no experience needed.

Our coach Yvette will support you through the sessions, providing tips, guidance.

This is a great opportunity to try something new, get moving and have some fun.

Each class is 45mins long.

All equipment provided.

Recommended to bring a bottle of water.
