Whether you haven't exercised in years or you’re a regular mover, our doors are open to everyone.

No Experience? No Problem!

Our sessions are designed so that all abilities are welcome.

There is absolutely no experience needed—our friendly instructors will guide you through every move at a pace that feels right for you.

Our "Mixed-Movement" classes give you the chance to try a bit of everything in a low-pressure environment:

  • Boxercise: A fun, high-energy way to de-stress.

  • HIIT & Body Weight: Heart-pumping sessions to boost your energy and confidence.
