Using the internet - Beginners& Intermediate Digital Tech Course

Our six week beginners Digital Tech Course is FREE. The course is designed to support beginners with using the internet and staying safe online. On the course, you will learn:

- Phone basics and how to use the Internet

- How to set-up an email address and send and receive emails

- How to use online shopping, securely

- How to use the internet on your phone including helpful apps

We offer a one to one tech support service on Mondays, on an appointment basis.

Our support service id designed to help if you're struggling to use a app or email, online shopping or just need some tips and tricks to getting the most out of your machine, and making you feel more confident to use it.

Please note, we’re not IT technicians, so if your computer / laptop, phone has a technical problem we may not be able to help. What we can do is guide and show you how to use it.
