The Gr@nd’s Gentle Exercise classes are one hour of leisurely activities that can be enjoyed by all abilities!

A qualified trainer will help you improve your breathing, balance and even your flexibility. Most importantly, you’ll be exercising in a safe, friendly and fun environment.
Due to the success of the group, we have entered Kent Sports KUDOS awards and are waiting to hear back.
For a nominal fee of just £2 per class, you can join the fun, either by yourself or with a group of friends.
If you’d like to pop along to a class, Gentle Exercise is available every week at the following times and locations:
- Seniors Get Active (Intermediate) – Every Thursday from 10:15am until 11:15am at the Grand in the Courtroom.
- Ready, Steady, Go! (Beginner’s classes) – Every Wednesday from 11:30am until 12:30pm at the Grand in the Courtroom.
