The sessions are provided by fully-qualified staff. As part of our commitment to supporting you with your healthy lifestyle, we provide on-going support and encouragement after the course has finished.
Since joining Healthy Weight in January 2014, Judy has found the nutritional advice extremely useful and has given her the knowledge “to make achievable choices to have a healthier lifestyle”:
